To be competitive in global market manufacturing requires low cost structures with methods like generative manufacturing (learn more) or additive manufacturing.
ARBURG freeformer is now available. The freeformer and AKF offer design freedom, as they allow complex geometries, mostly with no supporting structure and without expensive special materials.
For this purpose, the granulate is melted and the desired component built up layer by layer with excellent mechanical properties and a homogenous layered structure.
